Description: Residential Camp for Children 10 years and over.
The cost includes all instructors, food, entertainment (including swimming), and sleepovers.
Packing up after breakfast on the morning of the 9th July.
*Please note that no rallies will take place on the 9th July.*
This camp will be residential – ponies will be allocated grazing pens, there may be the option of a few stable pens if required.
Children will stay in the School house, with duty parents to supervise overnight.
Parents are welcome to join in for meals at the additional cost of £5 a head. All parent helpers will receive meals if they are on duty.
All attendees must provide a ‘parent helper’ for each of the following:
1. Field/House Set Up
Jobs include: put up marquees, tents, pens, strim around jumps, fill holes in field and get the house ready.
2. Help During Camp.
Please indicate your availability to help on the ‘Parent Helper Rota’ and the ‘First Aider rota’.
This will be available via SignUp.com
We appreciate that parents may need to book time off work, therefore the rotas will be available to you as soon as your camp booking is received via Entrymaster. There will be morning, afternoon and overnight slots available.
3. Camp Clear Up.
Children’s bags/bedding will be ready to go and there will be a list of jobs: cleaning the house/dismantle marquees
